Insights from REVERSE
Laura's presentation focused on organisational readiness for implementing infection control in European hospitals, showcasing insights from CNA.

In her forty-minute presentation, Laura presented the results of a systematic review on organisational readiness for change in healthcare, and how the team at the University of Zurich used these findings to inform an empirical study about difference-makers of infection prevention and control implementation in REVERSE.
In the empirical study, which was the core of Laura's talk, the team used CNA on REVERSE implementation data to understand the role of organisational readiness for change in the implementation of infection prevention and control across the twenty four hospitals participating in REVERSE. The presentation concluded with an interactive twenty-minute Q&A section.
PhD Defense
Laura is a PhD candidate in Implementation Science at the Institute for Implementation Science in Health Care at the University of Zurich. She is a trained psychologist and applies mixed methods in her phD research to investigate the role of organisational readiness for change in infection control implementation.
She will be defending her thesis in the late summer - a huge milestone and we are looking forward to celebrating in her success and seeing her career flourish!
